C2 Pipeline aims to provide fun, project based learning in STEM fields. All of our 19 sites provide 2.5 hours of after-school programming Monday-Thursday each week. Our program pathways include: Science, Health & Human Services, Business and Engineering/Technology. Below are some photos of our students participating in hands-on enrichments. C2 in the News
A recent article was published about C2 Pipeline's contributions to our high school sites and communities. Easpointe High School, and Site Coordinator Cheryl Rhoades, were highlighted in the editorial. Not only do students at EPHS participate in hands-on STEM activities, they are also invaluable, dedicated members of their community. They frequently visit the Eastpointe Senior Citizens Center - spending quality time with the residents and often bringing handmade treats. Great job, Shamrocks! Keep up the wonderful work!

Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Apple Days Event
On November 14th, all of our C2 Pipeline sites participated in Apple Days. This event is designed to expose high school students to a variety of careers that they can pursue at the Eugene Applebaum College of Phamacy and Health Sciences (EACPHS). These careers include Pharmacist, Physician Assistant, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Nurse Anesthetist, Mortuary Science and much more! Students participated in interactive sessions, which gave them hands-on experience in these fields and allowed them to network with EACPHS students, faculty and staff. We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible. The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is one of C2 Pipeline's biggest partners on campus and has a huge hand in making our summer programming a success. For more information about their programs, please view their website: EACPHS.

Student of the Month: Tara Lewis - Detroit Collegiate Prep
C2 Pipeline would like to recognize Tara's dedication to the program. Not only has overall she developed incredible relationships with students, she has also shown in an improvement in her grades. She has been consistent in her attendance, not missing days, and only left early a few times, at a parent's request. She is also very vocal within her school as a support person and recruitment person for the WSU C2 Pipeline program at D.C.P. Northwestern. Overall, Tara is a joy to have in our program, and sets the example for other students to follow. Thank you, Tara, for being an active member of the C2 Pipeline family!
Staff of the Month: Maria Ventimiglia
Congratulations to Maria Ventimiglia - staff of the month! Maria is warm and welcoming and always ready to assist C2 Pipeline students and staff with open arms and a big smile. As the WSU C2 Pipeline Student Engagement Coordinator she is committed to quality point-of-service programming for every student and works diligently to ensure that all C2P students have the resources they need to be successful beyond high school.
