C2 Pipeline utilizes internal and external evaluation processes to guide program practices, inform site-level and grantee-level changes and allows us to identify areas for growth and improvement. C2 Pipeline is proud to work closely with Wayne State University Center for Urban Studies to delve deeper into student satisfaction and program quality metrics. Additionally, C2 Pipeline utilizes the Center for Urban Studies data, Leading Indicator Reports and School Outcomes Reports to assess efficacy and best practicies.
