Afterschool Fun
C2 Pipeline continues to provide afterschool programming in 24 high school sites in the Metro-Detroit area. Our focus is to help students become ready for college and career aspirations, with a concentration on STEM. Each of our sites run at least 2.5 hours of programming Monday - Thursday. Students will be able to enroll for the career pathways that interest them the most: Health and Human Services, Science, Business and Engineering Technology. All enrichments are hands-on and project based, making it not only educational, but fun as well. Check out our Centers to see if you or your student is eligible for this program. Lights On Afterschool
October 28th marked the 22nd anniversary of Lights On Afterschool - a national advocacy day to promote the importance of afterschool programs in the social and academic development of students across the country. In honor of this day, C2 Pipeline brought awareness in several ways. Students participated in Lights on activities at their sites and we hosted a Lights On Afterschool rally at Three Cedars Farm - where students were able to participate in fall festivities and gave testimonials on the positive impact that afterschool programs, including C2 Pipeline, has had on their lives. Staff, students and family members were dedicated to celebrating the impact that afterschool has had on their lives - we are grateful for all of those who participated, as well as our partners and sponsors. We cannot wait until next year for another great Lights On Afterschool week!
