Program Description:
C2 Pipeline at Lincoln High School is a 21st Century Community Learning Centers after-school program that focuses on college/career readiness, social and emotional learning and STEM career exploration. The C2 at Lincoln HS is open to all 9-12th grade students enrolled in the school. The program is free to join and dinner is served daily. If you or your student is interested in joining, click below to be directed to our Student Registration form. Complete the form and return it to the Site Coordinator.

Site coordinator: Serina Loftis
My name is Serina Loftis and I am the Site Coordinator for C2 Pipeline at Warren Woods Tower High School and Lincoln High School. I have worked for a 21stCCLC programs since 2011. I started as a program facilitator and then moved up to Assistant Site Coordinator and now Site Coordinator. I have worked in special education by assisting students with special needs, I have also worked as a site director foran extended learning center that serves preschool through eighth grade. I have a passion for education, and I believe that all students deserve the chance to succeed in life. I enjoy being a part of a community that gives students the resources and skill that they need to be successful. I look forward to working with you and your child.

Site Lead: Dawn Burgess
I am the site lead at Lincoln High School and have worked with the C2 Pipeline program since 2018. I have been a special education teacher since 2001, focusing on students with learning disabilities. I started my career with Detroit Public Schools, working with students in grades 1-5, and in 2017, I made a career change to work with high school students in the Van Dyke Public Schools district. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master's degree from Wayne State University.
